The Challenge: reaching operational employees in a fast and accessible way

For years, Viggo, a key player in ground handling, relied on a weekly newsletter to communicate with its frontline teams. It seemed like a solid approach—well-organized, split into four divisions (Eindhoven Airside, Eindhoven Landside, Schiphol Ramp, and Schiphol Passenger), and packed with relevant updates.

  • Recruitment team outreach—direct calls to assist with downloads boosted adoption from 70% to 80%!
