In January I will have been working at eyes & more for four years. We have a team of three permanent colleagues and one part-timer. We don’t only use the employee app for company information, but also for general and more fun content. It's really a platform where you inform and inspire. What is really nice to see is how the colleagues try to help each other with, for example, a question or a situation they can't resolve. But also when they are looking, for example, for a frame for a customer. The nicest messages I see on the employee communication software are the fun messages from customers who are extremely happy with the service, and as a thank you bring a present to the stores.
